Obtaining an accurate and clear picture of available personnel and resources, results in a more effective organization, ultimately saving time and money.
Such an overview requires an powerful solution. On Time extends the functionality of the existing Lotus Notes standard calendar, providing instant updates, resulting in a dynamic group calendar.
On Time provides the ability to create as many group calendars as needed within the organization. Individual group calendars can represent small groups consisting of the members of a project group, up to large groups representing the entire enterprise.
On Time provides a concise method to obtain a complete overview of the availability of your organization's resources, including physical resources such as meeting rooms, AV equipment, inventory, etc...
Users can access group calendars through the standard Notes client or a web browser. Where available, the group calendars can also be accessed using WAP enabled devices.
