A member of the Cobra DocTools product line, DocSearch is a document management tool that efficiently executes field-level searches across an organization's multiple Domino.Doc libraries. This latest release includes enhancements that generate more detailed search results; and reveal a variety of changes to an exciting, more friendly user interface.
New Features Focus On UI Tools For Faster Search Results
- Search returns expanded to 250 documents per set.
- Returned sets are automatically sorted by title.
- More detailed searches by draft, version or date range.
- New graphic icons added to indicate attachments.
- Attachments can be launched directly from the search index.
- More in-depth help features are now part of the web UI.
- Additional navigation buttons.
- Added frame set for easier navigation.
- Enhanced security restricts users to only "see" authorized documents in their search results.
