Software maintenance provides free software upgrades for one or two year periods; while escalated support provides unlimited phone/email support to assist in resolving your issues.

  • Remote Access - Current technologies allow secure remote access tools which make remote support options very attractive. As an add-on to telephone support, many clients receive timely and effective support via Cobra remote access at a fraction of on-site support costs.
  • On-Site - If telephone and remote access support prove inadequate, Team Cobra will travel onsite to provide excellent service and reliable system functionality as dictated by business needs.
